Bran Finisher Machine

The bran finisher increases flour yields during the milling process by removing flour from bran. It is used for common wheat, durum and rye. It has a throughput of up to 1.8 tons per hour, or 3.6 tons per hour if you use the double machine. Maximum Efficiency : SAIFCO bran finisher separates any flour particles still adhering to the bran, thus increasing flour yield in the mill. The bran finisher’s field of application extends across mills for wheat, rye and durum. The bran finisher is available in three sizes and is therefore extremely flexible and can be adapted to meet both spatial conditions and given throughput capacities. It can be used both as a bran finisher and for pre-extraction at the mill.

Increased flour yield : By means of slanted beater strips that increase the movement of the incoming flow of material, the bran finisher removes any flour particles still adhering to the bran, thus increasing the yield of
commercially usable flour. The special screen geometry causes the screen to vibrate. This keeps the screen perforations clear, and ensures a maximum throughput of up to 1.8 t/h.
